Jude Bellingham accused of X-rated outburst by Ghana manager Carlos Queiroz after furious half-time bust-up… as lip reader reveals foul-mouthed exchange between ex-Man United assistant and Thomas Tuchel

Jude Bellingham He was accused of making an x-rated outburst by Ghana coach Carlos Queiroz after England’s disappointing 0-0 draw with his side in Boston.

The Three Lions’ playmaker, who came on later, exchanged heated words with the opposition players who went to the tunnel at half-time after recovering from a yellow card for Jerome Opoku in front of the benches.

Bellingham was also withdrawn by Queiroz’s team, who claimed his side’s obvious penalty had been denied, while he was angered at rowing with a Ghanaian coach.

The 22-year-old Bellingham’s frustrations increased as he spoke with Queiroz at Boston Stadium. Morgan Rogers, Bellingham’s close friend and team rival, steps in to restrain his teammate.

Photographers caught Queiroz, 73, yelling at Bellingham after the halftime whistle blew, and an expert lip reader uncovered what was said.

Noni Madueke also appeared to clash with Queiroz; England assistant Anthony Barry was doing his best to distract his players.

The problem appears to have arisen after the Real Madrid star fouled out just before half-time and threw Jerome Opoku in front of the bench.

Bellingham, who was substituted and received the man of the match award which he said should have gone to a Ghanaian man, also played in the back row.

‘To be honest, it was just when I was having a stupid fight,’ he explained. ‘I was trying to win the ball, I followed it for a while and caught the kid. I spoke to him afterwards and then the benches jumped up to give me a yellow card. I think their manager just recognized him. ‘Obviously he’s the guy who used to be at Manchester United, so we have a lot of respect and he’s nothing but a competitive advantage for both of us.’

Portuguese Queiroz took charge of Ghana after leaving his post in Oman at the beginning of this year.

He worked at United under Sir Alex Ferguson and started at Old Trafford in 2002. He left shortly afterwards to take over as manager of Real Madrid.

The Portuguese footballer returned to United in June 2004 and remained in his position until July 2008.

During his long career, he also coached teams such as Portugal, Colombia and Egypt.
