According to information obtained, Sekhon arranged weapons and logistics for the attackers who targeted Kap’s Cafe multiple times this year.

Who is Bandhu Maan Singh Sekhon?
Bandhu has been described as the mastermind behind the multiple layoffs at comedian and actor Kapil Sharma’s restaurant Kaps Cafe in Surrey, Canada. He operates under the main handler of the Goldy Brar Gang and is involved in organizing the attacks. A team led by DCP Crime Branch Sanjeev Kumar Yadav in Ludhiana arrested him.
Kapil Sharma on Kap’s Cafe fire incident
Kap’s cafe, the store Kapil Sharma opened in British Columbia in July this year, was attacked three times. According to Surrey Police Service, multiple gunshots were heard outside Kap’s Cafe in Surrey at 1:50 a.m. local time on July 10. Police said some staff members were inside the restaurant at the time of the attack. No one was injured in the incident. A second shooting occurred within a month at the same location on August 7. Moreover, recently in October, his cage was targeted again, although no one was injured. The cafe remained closed for a few days after the incident and reopened.
Kulvir Sidhu, who was reportedly linked to the operations of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, claimed responsibility in a viral social media post.”Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh. Today’s shooting at Caps Cafe in Surrey was carried out by myself, Kulvir Sidhu and Goldy Dhillon. We have no grudge against the public. Those who owe us money or cheat us will be warned. Bollywood individuals who speak against our religion should also be prepared, bullets can come from outside anywhere.”
