Police issue warning over ‘blasters’ used to send scam texts to nearby phones

Police issued a warning on the portable phone poles that can fire the real -looking scam text messages that look real on their nearby mobile phones.

According to SMS Blastter, private card and payment criminal unit (DCPCU), it is the last device used by criminals to fraud.

According to the British finance, DCPCU arrested seven people and seized seven SMS explosives.

DCPCU Detective Chief Inspector Paul Curtis said: “Criminals will try to skip fraud prevention measures designed to protect consumers continuously.

“They are looking for personal and financial information against potential fraudulent fraudulent messages.

An ofcom spokesman explained how the scammers could cause their victims as “big trouble and financial damage”. “Criminals become more sophisticated and a coordinated approach from various bodies, the only solution to take the fraudsters to justice and to keep people safe.”

Users can report suspicious text messages to 7726 or reporting the report function in messaging applications. If people have also sacrificed the fraud, they should immediately contact their banks and notify the incident to the fraud of the action dated 0300 123 2040.
