Meghan Markle’s father Thomas Markle has reportedly deleted his phone number again and has no plans to visit her. The 44-year-old man has not been on speaking terms with his father, who is recovering from a leg amputation in a hospital in the Philippines, since 2018.

This comes after it was reported earlier this week that Meghan had sent a letter to be hand-delivered to her father in hospital. In her letter, Meghan appears to express her feelings about her decision to give several interviews to the media about their relationship in the hope that the letter remains private.

He is said to have avoided direct contact with her at the hospital because he feared a phone call would be overheard, according to the Sunday Times. At the time of writing, it is understood Meghan has not responded to her letter and has not had any contact with her father since the letter was delivered.
