Royal sources pile pressure on Andrew to break his silence on Epstein as his Russian model date is revealed

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor is under increasing pressure to cooperate with US authorities investigating Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes; sources say it is as much a “matter of personal conscience” as it is his public duty.
While Buckingham Palace has refused to comment on the latest revelations from the US Department of Justice file dump, royal sources told the Daily Mail last night that ‘testifying is now a matter for Andrew and his conscience’.
Insiders also said it was always a principle that those with relevant information should ‘participate in any legal investigation on any matter’.
The development will fuel calls for the former prince to break his self-imposed silence and publicly cooperate with authorities investigating Epstein’s crimes and the network of contacts who aided and abetted him.
However, despite being spotted driving and riding around Windsor – surprisingly, she was photographed yesterday smiling and waving to onlookers with no apparent care in the world – a deafening silence remained from the former royal.
It appears that King Charles was not aware of the details in the latest files revealing the depth of the relationship between his brother and the pedophile.
Buckingham Palace appears to be learning the new material at the same time as the public.

But given Andrew is a working member of the Royal Family and held the prestigious role of UK trade ambassador during his relationship with Epstein, the headlines that follow will be disturbing.
The King and Queen also pointedly stated last October, when it was announced that Andrew would be stripped of his titles, that their ‘thoughts and utmost sympathies remain with the victims and survivors of all forms of abuse’.
The new calls echo demands made by Sir Keir Starmer at the weekend for Andrew to testify before the US Congress about his dealings with Epstein.
The new emails come as Epstein revealed a mystery Russian woman who arranged a dinner date with Andrew thanked the pedophile for a ‘truly special adventure’. Epstein emailed the former prince and said a woman could meet him in London in August 2010.
‘He’s 26 years old, Russian, smart [sic] beautiful, reliable and yes it has your email,” he wrote.
The Daily Mail can reveal that the woman is a model who was born in the far north of Russia, moved to North America, got married and became a mother there.
He asked Epstein: ‘If I go to London [on my way back from Russia] ‘Do you think anyone will be there between August 27th and September 5th and what are the best dates?’
Epstein told him to arrive a little earlier and confirmed that he had booked a flight for a trip between August 20 and August 25.
He confirmed that he was in England on 22 August and told Epstein that he had lost his phone in the Bahamas but said: ‘I will get a call from England, I will write the number to you.’

It is unclear whether the woman and Andrew have actually met.
Over the weekend, a second woman threatened to take legal action against Andrew after claiming Epstein flew her to England for sex.
The woman, whose name has not been released, said she was taken to Buckingham Palace for tea after the alleged encounter in 2010 when she was in her 20s.
An Epstein accuser claims to have had sex at the royal residence for the first time.
Andrew has been contacted for comment.
