Two children’s choirs met four years ago. Now they are finally singing together
“A common theme that I heard during this call was that the choirs were like a second home for so many people. When you have two groups for people, it is an even greater blessing, A Anderson says with NCC, but still performing as a graduate.
Most of the students participating in the 2021 call were a formative age in which social connection was critical, but the locksmiths made face -to -face interaction impossible. As it was so overwhelming, the cross-Choir call made them feel less lonely.
“There was a lot of confusion, pain and pain around us, so it was great to realize that we were human beings, we are all the same.” “He felt that we were in a war, but somewhere there were allies. We weren’t alone.”
Aidan Finlay, a 15 -year -old at the joint call, says he started to feel that everything is on a screen because he was on a screen. “You’re starting to care a little less.”
However, establishing connection with similar thinking choirs on the other side of the world has increased its interest again. “It was great to see how another choir did as a desert, especially when another choir came to the choir items during Covid, especially during Covid.”

It could have been strange to connect with foreigners from a different country, but Kaitlyn Saganty, ACC member, says that music is the glue that immediately connects them.
“Music is not just something we say, but we also have a passion or emotions, Sag says Saganty, who is only 11 years old during the call. “It has helped me understand that you can create a bond with the song, and these ties can help you in your daily life, especially during Covid.”
In 2021, NCC choir Emma Grossman, who was of the same age as Saganty, reiterates this and added that these bonds are looking forward to seeing that they are strengthened on the stage this week.
“It was very inspiring to see another choir through the same struggles. “I can’t believe it was four years ago and we’re about to perform with them [the ACC] In a different part of the world. It is surprising how music connects people. “
National Children’s Choir and Australian Children’s Choir Fed Square’s Stage at The Edge Auditorium on July 16.
