SC Collegium proposes transfer of 14 judges across nine High Courts

The Supreme Court College suggested that judges be reorganized in the Supreme Supreme Court of Nine states. This is the second time in the four months when the Chief Justice of India acknowledges that the college of the college of the college proposes significant transfers and feedbacks by high court judges.

Currently, Gujarat and the Justice Manavendranath Roy and Donadi Ramesh, who are currently working in Allahabad, were proposed to be sent back to the Supreme Court of andhra Pradesh.

Earlier rearrangement

Days after the Chief Justice Gavai took over as a senior judge, there was a similar change in the high courts in May.

On May 26, the College successfully proposed the rise of chief justice in five High courts, including Justice Pancholi, as the chief justice of the Patna Supreme Court.

He also suggested that 21 Supreme Court judges be transferred and sent back to the country.

Transfers, TaLangana, Karnataka, Madras, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Bombay, Delhi, Rajasthan, Calcutta, Allahabad, Punjab and Harena, Gauhati, Orissa, Madhya Pradesh and Patna were spread.
