Antoine Semenyo: Bournemouth forward to decide future as Chelsea end interest

From a financial perspective, well-placed sources insist that all interested clubs are willing to pay a very similar wage package to Semenyo, whose final decision will be made with an emphasis on her personal sporting ambitions.
He will turn 26 on January 7 and there is recognition that he is entering the best period of his career.
“I know there is a lot of noise around it,” Bournemouth boss Andoni Iraola said. “[It is] It’s not my concern, my concern is that it doesn’t affect his performance. He doesn’t, he’s very committed to the team and hopefully we can keep him here.
“[A] We cannot control the situation but Antoine is our player now and he will continue to play for us. If you ask me, I don’t want to lose him, I definitely don’t. “But you never know what’s going to happen every time the market opens.”
With this in mind, it is understood that Semenyo will prioritize a club that she believes can provide her with what she sees as the most viable project to compete for major trophies in the long term.
His location and impact on his family will also be a contributing factor, and a decision is expected in the coming days.
As Semenyo mulls over her options, it’s clear she doesn’t want the saga to be a long one.
