Sebi resolves nearly 4,500 complaints via SCORES portal in Jun

New Delhi, 20 July (PTI) capital market regulator Sebı, online complaint correction platform scores in June, eliminated 4.415 complaints.
The regulator received 4,959 new complaints per month and on Friday in a public notification, a total of 5,107 complaints were not resolved at the end of June, as of May 31, a little higher than the 4,563 accusations waiting.
The regulator also emphasized that the average solution time of organizations to submit the action reports (ATRs) of the organizations in June is eight days, and the average time for complaints under the first level examination was four days.
Points or Sebı Complaint Correction System is an online platform that makes it easier to monitor accommodation and complaints against companies and registered intermediaries listed.
In accordance with the score 2.0 mechanism, the complaints are automatically transmitted to the relevant assets that must respond within 21 days. If an investor is not satisfied, it has 15 days to make a first level examination.
A similar opportunity opportunity is available at the second level with the determined body and then with sebI in a 15 -day window.
If the investor selects the online dispute resolution (ODR) mechanism, the complaints will be solved.
In a separate public opinion statement on Friday, Sebi, MCS Share Transfer Agent LTD and Smartown Capital Growth Trust’s investor complaints, as of June 30, said that there were organizations that have not been solved on the score platform for more than three months.
