Second boy, 15, charged with murder over fatal stabbing of 17-year-old
A second 15-year-old boy is due to appear in court accused of stabbing to death a 17-year-old teenager who died on a reserve in Sydney’s northwest.
The teenager was arrested at a house in Rouse Hill with the help of riot police on Tuesday night, hours after appearing in court with his 15-year-old co-defendant.
He will appear in Parramatta Children’s Court on Wednesday.
For legal reasons, none of the boys can be named.
The girlfriend of the 17-year-old boy who died after being stabbed in the leg at the Bruce Purser Reservation in Rouse Hill on Monday afternoon shared a tribute on social media on Tuesday.
“I love you so much and you will be in my heart forever. You don’t deserve this and you never did,” she wrote alongside a video of the couple.
“I love you… I always will. Fly high, my beautiful son.”
