Sentencing for mushroom killer Erin Patterson to be broadcast live in Victorian Supreme Court first

Patterson’s sentence of the triple killer will be published first for the Victorian Supreme Court.
On Monday, a television camera will be in the courtroom in which Patterson sentenced Patterson for the murders of Heather Wilkinson, the sister of Justice Christopher Beale’s father -in -law, and Gail Patterson and Gail’s sister Heather Wilkinson.
It is usually illegal for the media and the public to take photos or record the video or sound of court procedures.
However, the Supreme Court usually conducts live experiments from its own cameras.
The broadcast will only show Justice Beale, show Patterson or someone else in the courtroom.
Justice Beale, the words of the penalty will take about 30 minutes, he said.
Prosecutors argued that Patterson should be imprisoned for life without any conditional evacuation, but the law team says that he should be given the chance to release one day.
In July, a jury was found guilty of killing Patterson’s husband’s parents and aunt, and attempted to kill his uncle Ian Wilkinson.
