Erika Kirk vows TPUSA will continue its signature campus debates nationwide

Erika Kirk, widow of the late Turning Point USA (TPUSA) founder Charlie KirkHe told Fox News’ Shannon Bream on “Fox News Sunday” that the organization plans to maintain a nationwide presence on college campuses.

“We are not afraid,” he said, adding that the TPUSA team will continue to host “Prove Me Wrong” style discussions as part of campus outreach.

Charlie Kirk was assassinated during an outdoor event at Utah Valley University on Sept. 10. The meeting was the first stop on TPUSA’s planned “American Comeback Tour,” and at first nothing out of the ordinary emerged.

The charismatic TPUSA founder came to the fore with the political debates he organized on university campuses. Moments before the fatal shooting, he sat under a white tent emblazoned with the slogan “Prove Me Wrong” and answered open-mic questions from thousands of attendees.

His death left behind a movement that reshaped conservative youth politics; His widow, Erika Kirk, told Bream he plans to pursue it.
