Sharjeel Imam moves Supreme Court against HC order denying bail in 2020 Delhi riots case
The activist Sharjeel Imam rejected the Supreme Court on Saturday with bail in a case of 2020 Delhi rebellions and carried it against the order of the Supreme Court of Delhi. The case is based on a larger conspiracy behind the February 2020 rebellions in Northeast Delhi. A HC bench Navin Chawla and Shalinder Kaur refused to satisfaction of imam and another accusation in the case.
