Shark Park, Stark Park … call it what you like. It’s a dive

The main institutional facility is a glorified election framework, another single box looks like a Cubby house.
Most of the toilets in the venue are the portaloos of a construction site. Which is suitable. Many of them were exposed to the top of the hill. Leave your privacy and dignity at the door.
At the top of the main stand, there is one female toilet and one for one man at the institutional level (another loose use of the corporate level). Buy tickets.

Water everywhere – in front of the stand, in front of the public area near the area, on the walking paths … The arrangements adapt so much that children wear gumbots.

To the north -east of the earth, more temporary fencing separates the hill from the outside, which is completed with more than one power cable passing through semi -construction, semi -unloading area.

Last year, an Asian restaurant was opened in a new part of private development on the east side, but closed two weeks ago.
The old children used it for old men’s day.
There is also no renewal of the floor. Sharks CEO Dino Mezzatesta is on the to -do list and promises to talk to the government government and NSW places to save the joint. But it has no real plan. It’s a hope that there’s just something.
The first in the list is finally rebuilding the Sharks Leagues Club on the east side. The club has been closed since 2019, when developers seized the control of the site.
Since then, multiple apartment blocks have been built and operating in a large shopping center, a hotel in the Woooloware area and a parking lot. But the club never happened.

Everything on the ground is new. Everything on the ground falls. Strange.
The new club had to be opened in 2022. There are all kinds of excuses such as a building supply crisis after the intersection, but this did not stop the rest of the rest. Since then, the club has been operating from a second place in Kareela.
Mezzatesta announced to the club members last week that the sharks finally gave the club back with the developers after a long-continued war with the developers.

The riches from the development of the general site did not occur and it is difficult to get real answers. The club will now have more than 35 million dollars to the club’s reconstruction.
Mezzatesa, “the club returned and the builders are engaged,” he said. “It will take 13 months to complete the outside and to complete. Next year we are looking at August, September.
“Once we go back and run and give income fever, even though we borrow, we will look at the stadium. But we will not come there for 18 months.

“We have nothing and this is not true.”
