World Heart Day awareness rally conducted in Ongole

The Government General Hospital (GGH) and the State Medicine College held a rally on 29 September 2025 Monday, from GGH to GGH to Nellore bus stop to Nellore bus stop. On this occasion, MLA said, “Heart disease can be healed with lifestyle changes based on the advice of doctors. It is sad for many of them to die at a young age due to heart disease.

He made sure that the standing patient (OP) services in GGH would be increased and there would be no problems in creating the necessary facilities.

Speaking at the event, Dr Manikya Rao said the government has already allocated funds to buy various equipment. He said the critical maintenance block will be opened soon.
