Sigue Sigue Sputnik star Ray Mayhew died.
The music of the 1980s was a drummer for the new wave group, founded in 1982 by former X Bassist Tony James.
The sad news of his death was shared by a group friend Martin Degville in a Facebook tribute.
He died on 28 August, but no more information or death was given.
Martin’s tribute read: “ Today with great sorrow Sigue Sigue Sputnik’s best friend and drumcum Ray Mayhew passed away.
“ God bless you – you will be in my thoughts forever and also in the heart of fans who love you.
