Slutty Vegan founder’s home seized

Slutty Vegan restaurant chain founder Pinky Cole’s Loganville home has been seized by creditors.

Cole, whose real name is Aisha Cole, filed for bankruptcy earlier this month.

Court records show Cole owes $1.2 million to the U.S. Small Business Administration and $192,000 to the Georgia Department of Revenue.

According to new court documents obtained by Channel 2 Action NewsCreditor Guardian Asset Management seized a house belonging to Cole.

“On February 20, 2026, Guardian seized the Property, changed the locks, and placed a notice on a street-facing window,” the court document said. “This Notice stated: ‘This property is under the management of Guardian Asset Management. Arrangements for viewing the property when available for sale can be made through an estate agent of your choice. The property cannot be entered until it is offered for sale.'”

Court documents show Cole’s attorney, Jamie Christy, called Guardian and told them “their actions violated the automatic stay and Guardian must return the Property to the Debtor.” “On the same day, the Debtor’s lawyer sent a letter to the Guardian stating the same.”

The document states that Guardian refused to return the property to Cole.

An emergency hearing on the situation is scheduled for Thursday in federal court.

TMZ was first to report Cole’s house is seized.

Channel 2 Action News He reached out to Cole’s attorney for comment on this story.

Christy made the following statement to TMZ:

“This was an investment property unlawfully seized from Ms. Cole. This unlawful seizure violated the automatic stay imposed in Ms. Cole’s bankruptcy case.”

All of this comes as Cole is ready to become the best player in the world. The final cast of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.”
