South Korean President Lee to Meet Donald Trump on August 25

Seoul: South Korea’s new President Lee Jae Myung said that Lee’s office would go to Washington this month to meet with US President Donald Trump on Tuesday.

The Summits of August 25 will follow a July trade agreement in which Washington’s mutual tariff in South Korea initially reduces the same low rate to South Korea cars, the country’s best export to South Korea cars, the same low rate.

South Korea also agreed to purchase 100 billion dollars of energy and invest $ 350 billion in the country, and said that leaders can use their meetings to discuss expanding cooperation in key industries such as semiconductors, batteries and shipbuilding.

The meeting also emerges concerns that the Trump administration in Seoul may shake the alliance by demanding higher payments for the US’s presence in South Korea, and by taking action to reduce it because Washington focuses more on China.

Lee and Trump will discuss the strengthening of the defense stance against the growing North Korean threats, and according to Kang, who does not detect certain issues to be discussed, the partnership to address the changing international security and economic environment as a “comprehensive, comprehensive strategic alliance yönelik.

Trump dating back to the first period, regularly placed in the soil of South Korea 28,500 American soldiers called to pay more. The latest comments of key Trump administrative authorities, including Undersecretary of Defense Elbridge Colby, suggested the desire to restructure the alliance, which some experts say that US forces may affect the size and role of South Korea.

In this approach, South Korea will play a larger role against North Korean threats, while US forces focused more on China, probably encountered increased costs and risks with reduced benefits of Seoul.
