South Korean prosecutors in bid to detain ex-president

South Korean Special Prosecutors, from the time of proclaiming martial law, former President Yoon Suk-Yeol on charges of the uprising requested to detain.

“The demand for detention is about the abuse of power and the prevention of justice,” said in a statement published by the special advisor of the prosecutors investigating the incident of December 3 on Sunday. He said.
