South Korea’s ex-first lady Kim Keon Hee indicted over corruption, bribery charges

South Korea’s former lady KEON Hee was reported to have been accused of charges of corruption and bribery.
South Korean Media Organization Yonhap Kim was accused of funding for a stock manipulation plan, and in 2022 he was accused of receiving free opinion polls before the presidential elections.
It is also suspected of receiving luxury gifts from the Union Church, a religious movement established in Seoul in 2022 in exchange for good work.
Kim is the wife of former South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol, who was dismissed in December 2024 due to a short -lived martial law declaration and arrested earlier this year.
Yoon is also facing the charges of uprising according to the maximum martial law proposal with maximum death.
