Soy-marinated steak recipe with broccolini and edamame salad

Preheat the oven to 200C fan (conventional 220C). Brush the beef with the kecap mani. Fry in a large non-stick pan over high heat for 8-10 minutes, turning regularly, until well browned on all sides. Transfer to a baking tray and roast for medium-rare, 10-15 minutes (or until a meat thermometer reads 52°C). Transfer to a warm plate and let rest, loosely covered with foil, for 10 minutes.
