SPREE-2025 will ensure hassle-free medical services, says ESCI official

V. Shyam Prasad, Deputy Director, Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESCI), on Friday, October 24, 2025, said that the Scheme for Promotion of Registration of Employees and Employers-2025 (SPREE-2025) will be a boon for all firms in providing hassle-free medical facilities for staff.

He spoke after releasing SPREE-2025 brochures at an awareness program held at Apitoria Pharma Limited (earlier known as Aurobindo Pharma Limited) at Pydibhimavaram in Srikakulam district on Friday.

He said registration of employees to the medical facility has become easier with the simple registration process on the ESCI portal by the end of this year. He said employers and employees who had previous disputes will be able to resolve them without penalty using the 2025 Amnesty Plan, which will come into force on September 30, 2026.

Apitoria Company HR head P. Narayana Rao, HR manager Sundar, Deputy General Manager Satyanarayana thanked ESCI officials for initiating new programs for the benefit of all workers. ESCI Social Security Officer P. Srinivas and other officials were also present.
