Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University to host 13th convocation on March 30

Governor Dr. S. Abdul Nazeer, along with his wife, will attend the 13th Convocation Ceremony on Monday, March 30, 2026, at the Tirupati campus of Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University (SVVU).
Prof. Vice-Chancellor of Maharashtra University of Animal and Fishery Sciences, Nagpur. Niteen V. Patil will be the chief guest of this event. SVVU Vice Rector Dr. JV Ramana will present the progress of the university from July 2023 to August 2024.
Addressing the media here on Saturday, March 28, Mr. Ramana said: “A total of 41 (27 constituent and 14 affiliated) institutions within the University operate to serve the State and its stakeholders in the fields of education, research and publication activities.”
“As many as 415 students will receive diplomas and 17 students will receive a total of 38 gold medals for their educational excellence during their studies. Various sponsored awards will be given to staff and students for their achievements,” he added.
