Odisha govt to distribute third instalment of Subhadra scheme on August 9

The Odisha government will publish the third ₹ 5,000 financial aid installments of Subhadra Yojana in the Koraput Region on August 9 in the Koraput Region on August 9th.
Subhadra Yojana, an ambitious female prosperity plan of the BJP government, was launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 17 September 2024 on her birthday.
The scheme is designed to provide suitable women between the ages of 21 and 60 for five years between 2024-2028-29 for five years.
Each benefit will receive 10,000 RS per year in 5,000 LA installments in two installments, one in Rakhi Purnima and the other on International Women’s Day (8 March).
This year, Rakhi Purnima will be celebrated on August 9th.
Speaking to journalists, Ms. Parida said that she will be allowed to apply to the plan after 9 August 9 years old.
Ms. Parida said that approximately two Lakh beneficiaries, who received the first installment, were not suitable for buying or returning to five acres of land, vehicles.
“Our authorities will supervise the field level of these rejected beneficiaries.
Mrs Parida said that women who give a zero income tax return and whose annual income are less than 2.5 lakh can benefit from the benefits within the scope of the plan.
The Deputy Prime Minister also reported that 93,000 women who have reached the age of 60 were removed from the beneficiary list.
Ms. Parida said that the list of excluded women was sent to the relevant department because they were included in the social security program (old age pension).
