For the sake of the nation and the millions of people he represents, this Prime Minister must resign. Every minute he spends desperately trying to cling to power in Number 10 is a vital waste of time that could better serve the citizens of this great country.
If he is the decent, honorable man Sir Keir Starmer insists he is, then he will do the right thing and step aside. He owes this to British voters. This saga has gone on for too long. Shamefully, His Majesty King Charles will find himself innocently embroiled in this tawdry Labor Party charade when he officially opens Parliament on Wednesday.

The King’s Speech, which outlines the government’s legislative plans, will be virtually useless if Sir Keir remains at the helm.
His successor, whether Andy Burnham, Angela Rayner, Wes Streeting or Ed Miliband, will reject this. Another sour stain on a government run by a man who is no longer in control.
This is not just a leftist coup to oust a Prime Minister; Every wing of the Labor Party wants him gone. Disappointed people do this too. More than 90 MPs want him gone, four ministers have resigned and the Cabinet remains sharply divided over his future.
Labor has suffered historic election defeats in England, Scotland and Wales and the appalling Peter Mandelson scandal is not going away anytime soon.
As he hides in his Downing Street bunker, we implore the Prime Minister to take a moment to realize that he is the problem. There is no one else but him.
Sir Keir once promised voters to “stop the chaos” and halt national decline.
What we now have is a chaotic Labor Party that is falling apart due to its repeated failures.
From the disgraceful decision to take winter fuel payments away from pensioners, the draconian family farm tax and the brutal reversal of Brexit, to the surrender of Chagos and the crippling national insurance hike.
If the current Labor leader is allowed to limp on, this great nation will remain in dangerous limbo.

Britain now faces a potentially months-long paralysis, while the government is preoccupied with confusion and infighting.
We face a multitude of deep problems, including economic recession, dire cost of living challenges, the Channel migrant crisis and a decrepit army, all of which have been created or aggravated by this government.
While he is trying to save his job, one million people in the UK are unemployed. The social care system is collapsing and the welfare bill continues to bloat. But still Labor plans to put everything else on hold, betraying the British people.
This will take weeks at least, months at most.
In reality, a new party leader may not be announced until Labor’s conference at the end of September.
Whoever replaces Starmer is likely to be just as bad, whether it’s Burnham, a serial loser who twice tried and failed to become Labor leader, Rayner with his shady tax dealings, or Mandelson-friendly Streeting. Probably worse.
One thing is certain: Our time is up, Ser Keir.
