Sir Keir Starmer will announce extra financing for more than 330 “ignored” community throughout England to increase the high streets that are struggling.

The details of the investment, including the amount of money and where to be spent, will be indicated later on Thursday.

According to the Proud Program, the Government wants to encourage councils to block “fake” barbers, betting and ferry stores and give them more help to close bars and libraries to communities.

Housing, communities and local government secretary Steve Reed said the government has put into the hands of the local people in the hands of the local people, but the conservatives would be “dwarf” with tax increases.

The announcement, which believes that the Labor Party is partly caused by some of the loss of pride in local areas, is part of the attempt to cope with the increasing popularity of Britain.

Investment for more than 330 communities may target improvements supported by the local community and include projects to combat garbage and graffiti or build a new sports field.

The government said that expenditures will only be approved if community groups, local organizations and social clubs are involved in deciding how money will be spent.

Unlike Boris Johnson’s planning financing plan introduced under the conservative government, the councils would not bid to get the money and the places would be decided by the government.

In addition to money, it will be encouraged to use powers to buy “assets and glasses” such as councils, boarding stores and abandoned businesses in the UK and Wales, and allow them to be used for projects such as local start-up.

The government said unused stores or empty office blocks can be re -placed in new health centers or residences.

Communities already have a “right to buy”, which makes it easier for them to acquire local assets such as village shops, bars or children’s centers.

Currently, under the invoice of the revolutionary invoice passing through Parliament, the government doubles the amount of time to increase the money to buy local groups from six months to 12.

The new community also wants to include sports fields in the list of assets within the scope of “right to purchase”.

As a part of the pride in the pride program, the government says that it wants to encourage the councils to prevent unwanted new betting and vaping shops with “fake” barbers.

A government source said to the BBC: “Currently, tobacco and Vapes invoice already allows the blocking of the storage warehouses.

“We want to expand this to betting shops and fake barbers on high streets and we are looking for a legal tool to do it as soon as possible.”

Steve Reed, who announced the plan, said, “When people leave their front doors, they know that their communities are struggling. Sleep bars, high streets and local areas are decreasing.

“The government strengthens their hands, so the local people decide that they will be proud of their neighborhoods, not Westminster.

“True Patriotism seems to be like this: to create our communities and choose renewal on division.”

“The Labor Party was forced to walk away from the tremendous damage to businesses and communities by walking taxes, walking taxes,” the Secretary of Conservative Shadow Communities, “the Labor Party walks. He said.

“Rachel Reeves’ annual business rates will be £ 2.7 billion in the £ 2.7 billion dwarf, the communities will leave worse and prices higher,” he said.

Betting and Game Council (BGC) spokesperson, the shops are “more than a fluttering places: they are a vital part of community centers, economic drivers and High Street’s future”.

Vaping Specialist Operations Director Jamie Strachan, “Specialist Vape stores” unwanted “enterprises can be grouped into unjustly groups are worried about suggestions.

“Like ours, Vape stores play a vital role in public health by helping millions of adults away from the smoking of England, the preventive cause of death.”
