NASCAR moved up the start time for Sunday’s Daytona 500 by an hour due to inclement weather.
The National Weather forecast calls for a 50 percent chance of rain Sunday afternoon, with that chance increasing as the day goes on. Officials hope the time change will allow drivers to finish the full 500 miles on Sunday.
