Myaree: Teenage girl, 17, hit by car near Zambrero restaurant on Leach Highway

A young man was hospitalized after he was injured in his upper leg after being hit by a car near a fast food outlet in Myaree.
Police were called to the incident near Leach Highway and Marshall Road after a 17-year-old girl was hit by a car just before 4.30pm on Wednesday.
A St John WA spokesman said the girl was taken to Fiona Stanley Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
It is understood that the young man was injured in his upper leg after being hit by a car in an alley near many fast food stores.
Footage of the emergency response showed multiple ambulances and traffic police rushing to the scene near a Zambrero restaurant.
