Katy Perry takes swipes at famous exes while highlighting Justin Trudeau romance

Katy Perry made her feelings about her past relationships clear as she took not-so-subtle swipes at some of her famous exes, including Orlando Bloom and John Mayer, at her latest concert.
While headlining the O Son do Camiño festival in Santiago de Compostela, Spain, on Thursday, the 40-year-old pop star playfully touched her exes as part of the onstage act and highlighted her current romance with former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
During a performance of her 2019 hit song “Neverreal Over,” Perry sang and danced in front of a giant smartphone ornament that displayed calls from some of her exes. per video shared on social media.

Perry briefly dated the DJ in 2014 after the two were connected at Coachella during a breakup in the singer’s relationship with Mayer.
On “The Late Late Show with James Corden” in 2017, Perry placed Diplo behind Bloom and Mayer when asked to rank her exes’ performances in the bedroom.
Diplo later laughed at Perry’s ranking and joked on social media that she had won a “bronze medal at the sex Olympics.”

Phone support then showed a call from a person labeled “JM”; this was in reference to Mayer, whom Perry dated on and off for about three years between 2012 and 2015. Perry turned around and walked towards the phone before raising his hand and stepping back.
Perry then ignored the call from the person named “OB” and posed with his finger wagging. “OB” was an obvious reference to her ex-fiancé, Orlando Bloom. The former couple were together for almost a decade after first meeting in 2016.
Following their split in 2017, the two reconciled the following year and announced their engagement in 2019. The “Pirates of the Caribbean” star, who shares 5-year-old daughter Daisy Dove with Perry, ended their relationship in June 2025.

Perry finished her performance of “It’s Never Really Over” with a sweet nod to Trudeau. After the exes’ calls were rejected, another caller named “JPJT” appeared on the screen. The contact appeared to reference Trudeau’s full name, Justin Pierre James Trudeau, and was accompanied by Canadian flag and red heart emojis.
The singer highlighted the “Accept” button as the song ended and fans cheered.

Perry and Trudeau first sparked romance rumors in July 2025 when they were spotted dining together at Le Violon in Montréal. Days after their dinner date, Trudeau Song of the “Youth Dream” singer Sold out concert in Canada.

Last week, the couple was spotted kissing during a picnic in Santa Barbara, California, ahead of their one-year anniversary.
