In the eastern settlement area of Hong Kong Island, heavy rain created a flash waterfall on the slope and water is constantly stepped on the slopes.

The black rain storm warning was released at 09:10 (0110 GMT), at 11:05 (0305 GMT) and then at 11:45 (0345 GMT) to Amber.

The black rain storm warning shows that the rainfall exceeding 2.75 inches (70 mm) per hour is recorded or that heavy rain is expected to continue in the common areas of Hong Kong.
