How to explore LA’s highlights by using public transport
At the Downtown Santa Monica station, I caught a train to the EXPO/CRENSHAW station east, which intersects with the brand new line (cheerful pink). I am enthusiastic to K, jump to the Leimert Park Station to look for lunch, and I find a delicious South Cuisine, which offers fried chicken, drowning pig fountain, okra and jambalaya. I ordered a side of a cajun Hardal Köfte PO ‘with a black -eyed pea, then I take my lunch to the shaded oasis of Leimert Park along the way.

When I return to E Line, my next stop is the Grand Avenue Arts/Bunker Hill station. This is a useful jumping point for cultural attraction centers such as Walt Disney Concert Hall, a wide art museum and the contemporary art museum. I enjoy the work of the abstract artist Mark Rothko by entering MoCa’s collection.
Another private railway nearby: Angels flight. This funicular was opened in 1901 and allowed the residents of Bunker Hill to go to the city center from the slope. A useful part of the public transport system, if you use the city’s tap card, the dollar fee fell by 50 cents. The short journey is enjoyable, because a restored timber car delivers me to the Grand Road Beer and the Grand Central Market, where I ordered a beer from relaxation.

I aimed to go further east on the E line to control the Mexican thrown near Mariachi Plaza Station. But it’s so warm that it’s in the hotel’s roof pool, my accommodation, to swim. This is what I love about LA in the city center – now it was full of magnificent old buildings before the age of cars that make excellent hotels (La was once a wild Italian bank). And as the center of La Metro’s railway network, the city center creates a great basis for exploring the city by train.
