Strickland offloads WA Yandal play for $45M to chase Serbian gold
Rogozna is currently home to a 7.4 million ounce of gold equivalent to three potential customers: Meninovac, Shanac and Copper Canyon.
The fourth, Gradina, is only subject to an intensive drilling campaign at the moment, and is expected to publish a hymen before the end of the year.
Apparently, every new hole, which brings more ounces, follows Gradina as an excellent potential low -cost early entry option for full -scale development in Strickland, Rogozna.
Paul L’Awiniere General Manager of Strickland Metals said: “The transaction plans to distribute the majority of the evaluation to the Strickland shareholders for the completion of the transaction for the company. Strickland is completely focused on our Rogozna project between our flagship Rogozna project in Serbia.
The minor sales agreement is subject to conditions, including regulatory conditions and the appointment of existing joint vental and copyright regulations.
Investors will have a say about the distribution in question, which is currently being prepared in future extraordinary general meetings on both sides. Both sides say they are sure that the completion will watch within the next 90 days.
Strickland has now cleared the decks to explore and enlarge Rogozna in an aggressive way. In Serbia’s mineral -rich land, the company already believes that it has just begun.
In Australia, Gold and European -scale gold -based metals play in motion, while Strikland’s bidirectional strategy can prove a gold ticket.
