Suneil Narang Accountant Held For Cheating

Hyderabad: Finally, Jubilee Hills Police arrested an accountant named Vishwanath, who was working with Suneil Narang’s Asian Films and was allegedly involved in fraud of more than Rs 1 cr.

Vishwanath, from Vanasthalipuram, works as an accountant at Sunil Narang’s Asian Films office in Jubilee Hills. Due to his job, he was handling the checks to be given to various institutions every week.

He created fake accounts and placed several checks among other checks and obtained Sunil Narang’s signature without his knowledge. He did this for more than three years, and this was evident in the 2024 audit of accounts.

Later, Sunil Narang lodged a complaint at Jubilee Hills Police Station and the cops registered the incident. They arrested Vishwanath today after he escaped for a while.

“He was finally arrested. Thanks to the cops. He abused the trust we placed in him. We treat our employees with respect but he took advantage of it and got involved in fraud,” says Suneil Narang, a well-known exhibitor, distributor and producer of Tollywood.
