Sameer Wankhede breaks his silence on Aryan Khan case, says ‘he was not bali ka bakra’
The Youtube channel appeared on the sofa of his mother, Wankhede explained the process behind narcotic cases.
Former Narcotics Control Office (NCB) Regional Director Sameer Wankhede spoke to the public about the arrest of 2021 in the Cruise-on-Cruise case of Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan, who dominated the country. Rejecting the suggestions that Aryan was turned into “Bali Ka Bakra” (Scapegoat), Wankhede claimed that every step of the investigation was absolutely carried out within the law.
“Every arrest was supported by evidence”
The Youtube channel appeared on the sofa of his mother, Wankhede explained the process behind narcotic cases. Although the Supreme Court of Bombay depends on the fact that the Supreme Court does not mention Aryan, it involves looking at the larger supply chain rather than the recovery of substances.
“People think there will be no action if you have no medicine on you,” he said. “However, the law requires the investigation of the entire chain – someone produces, someone’s materials, someone plans to buy.
He added that such cases contain not only one person’s decision, but also more than one civil servant and detailed documents. “Not just to do all of the Wankhe.
The arrest and release of Aryan Khan
Aryan Khan was detained on October 2, 2021 after pressing NCB’s Cordelia Empress Cruise Ship out of Mumbai. Aryan and his friend Arbaaz were among those arrested.
Although there was no drug in Aryan, he faced conspiracy and consumption charges and was detained for 25 days before bail was given. In 2022, NCB’s special investigation team gave him a clean Chit and said he did not associate him with drug use or human trafficking.

Wankhede is now dealing with a different fight – Shah Rukh Khan, Aryan Khan and Netflix’s Ba ** Bollywood*producers of DSs. The show, directed by Aryan, contains a character similar to the former NCB officer.
Wankhede called the description “fake, malicious and slander”, called 2 Crore in damage from Red Chillies Entertainment and Netflix and asked the court to prevent it from being released. On September 25, however, the Supreme Court of Delhi rejected an appeal.
“I do not leak the conversations”
During the 2021 debate, the former Office also rejected the allegations that he leaked private conversations with Shah Rukh Khan. “The leak would be the wrong word. Neither my habit nor I am not too weak to do such things,” he said.
Although Aryan Khan was cleaned a long time ago, Wankhede’s comments once again triggered the sensitive balance between the legality and public perception in India’s highest -profile cases.
