Bihar swearing-in LIVE: Samrat Choudhary sworn-in as Bihar’s first BJP CM

BJP leader Samrat Choudhary will be sworn in as the chief minister of Bihar and the party will lead a government in the state for the first time.

Mr. Choudhary (57) is scheduled to take oath of office at Lok Bhawan in the presence of senior leaders of the NDA comprising the BJP, Nitish Kumar’s JD(U) and three other parties.

Additionally, prime ministers of many states will attend the oath ceremony.
