Supreme Court stays criminal defamation proceedings against Rahul Gandhi

On Monday, August 4, 2025, the Indian Supreme Court remained in the criminal slander against the opposition leader in a Lucknow court on the allegations of the armed forces during the Bharat Jodo investment during the investment.

A Justice Beach Datankar Datta and Augustine George Masih notified the Uttar Pradesh province and a retired broker Uday Shankar Shrivastava. Mr. Gandhi was bail on July 15, 2025 by the MP/MLA Private Court in Lucknow.

In May, the Supreme Court of Allahabad rejected Mr. Gandhi’s petition to challenge the calls published by the Lucknow MP/MLA Court in February.
