Supreme Court Upholds FCC Telecom Subsidy Fund

The US Supreme Court was approved as a universal service fund of 8.6 billion dollars with 6-3 votes of annual subsidies, which help to meet the cost of telecom services for low-income people, rural residents, schools and libraries. Tyler Kendall reports about Bloomberg television.
