The White House Management and Budget Office (OMB), according to an internal note obtained by FOX News, tells federal institutions to prepare their plans to reduce (RIF) as a power before the closure of a possible government on October 1.

Guidance says that agencies should consider giving RIF notifications to employees working on programs that do not need to continue legally if there are funding periods.

“In relation to the federal programs that will pass by financing and otherwise not funded, such programs no longer need to be carried out legally.”

In accordance with the guidance, RIF notifications shall be published above the Furlogh notifications and go to all employees affiliated to affected programs.

The same note said the Democrats may force a closure for breaking this trend and “1 trillion dollars, including crazy demands, including new expenditures”.
