Swan Defence explores Samsung tie-up to scale up shipbuilding at Pipavav

“In terms of shipbuilding quality, the Koreans are a close second to the Japanese. While the details of the collaboration are not known, Samsung is a leader in shipbuilding and if Samsung is ready and willing to transfer the technology to our shipyards, it can definitely be a win-win for both parties,” said Anil Devli, CEO of the Indian National Shipowners Association (INSA).
