Sydney office space driving growth
This is before looking at the new apartment building, where the new light rail system extends to the suburban centers of Carlingford and then takes passengers to the Sidney Olympic Park. In the next decade, there is a metro opening to shape the city, the cultural giant Powerhouse Museum and a pedestrian connection to connect them to the river that is increasingly cleaned.

But there is at least one thing that distinguishes CBD from a real city: interestingness. The discovery, surprise and entertainment layer that attracts visitors encourages people to spend time in public spaces and improves the sense of belonging in their inhabitants.
This is the point that Parramatta allocates itself from Macquarie Park, the unusual large office blocks, for example, with the unusual office blocks between the large highways. There’s nothing exciting to spend time there.
But you don’t have to look too far to find something interesting here.
