T.N. Assembly election: State government constitutes Screening Committee to examine proposals to be sent to ECI

Hindistan Seçim Komisyonu’nun talimatı üzerine Tamil Nadu hükümeti, Komisyon’a gönderilecek Model Davranış Kuralları referanslarını incelemek üzere bir Tarama Komitesi oluşturdu. The chairman of the committee will be the Secretary General, and its members will be the Public Secretary and the Secretary of the relevant Department.

When necessary, the Screening Committee will meet and discuss the issues. All Departments in the Secretariat have been instructed to follow the instructions to ensure that the MCC remains in force. Model Davranış Kuralları Kılavuzu’nun 4.2.6’sına göre, MCC kapsamında ECI’nin onayını gerektiren teklifler her zaman Tarama Komitesi tarafından incelenmelidir.
