Staying at home during COVID-19 to be treated as duty for trainees: Rail Ministry

Railway Ministry, COVİD-19 Locking period, the period of staying at home, trainee railway servants will be considered as a task for salary increases, he said.
“As the railways know, the training period spent by a railway servant will be treated as a task, provided that it is approved for an increase in the allowance fee or in another way.”
The circular of the Ministry came after trying to know whether one of the regional railways unit was accepted as a task for increasing the time spent at home during the country -wide locking due to pandemi.
In 2020, the Ministry said that this period should not exceed six months.
“Considering this, the issue was once again examined and the COVID-19 locking in the country-based locking the interns railway maids staying at home (up to six months only up to six months) as a one-time measure, it was decided that the increases can be considered as a task for their purposes.” He said.
