Hay: 69-year-old man airlifted to hospital with critical injuries following serious crash in Great Southern

A 69-year-old man was taken to hospital with critical injuries following a serious crash on the Great Southern.

Police say a dark gray Toyota Kluger was traveling westbound on East River Road when it collided with a white Toyota Prado traveling northbound on Denmark-Mount Barker Road in Hay about 1.30pm on Tuesday.

The 69-year-old driver of the Prado was seriously injured and was taken to Royal Perth Hospital by RAC Rescue helicopter.

The Prado’s passenger and four people in the Kluger were taken to hospital for treatment.
