Public notices issued informing non-included Bihar voters to submit Aadhaar along with claims, ECI tells Supreme Court

The Indian Election Commission (ECI) clearly stated that on Thursday, August 21, 2025, the Supreme Court can be presented to the Supreme Court with their demands by voters who are not included in the draft of Bihar Election Roller.
The application, which tries to enter a status report by ECI, follows a temporary order made by an Apex Court’s counter on August 14 on August 14th. It directs the questionnaire panel to publish a list list in terms of booth, which is not included in the draft voter roll.
ECI said that the list of 65 Lakh voters in Bihar, which is not included in the draft published on August 1, was published on the websites of 38 regional election officers in the state. The list also included the reasons for death, the shift of ordinary residence or not included, including recurrent inputs.
The physical copies of the list were exhibited in Panchayat Bhavans, block development offices and Panchayat offices in the villages in Bihar to easily access and investigate them.

The court supported the Bihar voters’ right to recognize ve and maintained the constitutional rights of a democracy in election roller.
The court said, “People have the right to know. Highly transparency is required to inspire the trust of voters.
