SC Raps Allahabad HC for 43 Adjournments, Grants Bail to Man Jailed 3.5 Years

New Delhi: The Supreme Court, which disabled the Supreme Court’s tendency to postpone personal freedom issues, gave bail of a defendant who has been detained for more than three and a half years in more than one CBI case.
