The case has been going on since then. However, this week, there were some important developments when the case was specified before the John Maddison Tower Court.
We have learned that Jones’ trial will now be held in the local court before a peace judiciary rather than a jury in the regional court. I have no idea whether this is good or something bad for Jones or prosecution, but it should be noted that Jones was heard by a jury last year.

We also heard that the alleged number of victims in the case fell from 11 to nine. Jones now face a total of 25 points of immoral attacks and two sexual touch.

These documents claim that a complainant was attacked five times in Fitzroy Falls housing of Jones, that his bathrobe was taken back and his panties were removed, that Jones driving his penis against him and he touched the complainant’s penis while masturbating. The same man was allegedly attacked when Jones took Jones to Fitzroy Waterfall and Jones twice to Sydney.
