Bigg Boss 19 Top 2 contestants

Bigg Boss 19 winner Gaurav Khanna has won a million hearts and his latest win also speaks volumes about the same. Just like his fans, his parents are extremely proud of their son. As proud as they are, they are also angry at a few contestants who crossed all lines while fighting with Gaurav on the controversial reality show hosted by Salman Khan.

Speaking to IANS, Gaurav’s father said: “There were also very aggressive contestants like Zeishan Quadri and Abhishek Bajaj and there were many fights between them and Gaurav. But I knew Gaurav would handle things on his own because no one can help you inside that house; you have to fend for yourself.”

When asked if she got angry watching her son being targeted, she said: “I got very angry when Farrhana Bhatt mocked him and called him ‘superstar’ in a derogatory manner. She questioned his job and career as a TV actor. This made me very upset.” He added: “At that moment, Gaurav’s anger was even visible; his throat veins were bursting. I don’t know what I would have done if I had been there. I might have even slapped Farhana.”

The proud father also spoke about his son’s game at the show. Gaurav’s father said, “Initially, I didn’t really like watching him playing around the house. There were a lot of fights and I couldn’t understand why he got involved. But when I saw him handle situations and even win against others, I realized that he did it with a calm mind. Fighting is not in his nature at all, so it made me really proud to see him stay calm.”

In the Bigg Boss 19 Grand Finale on December 7, Gaurav Khanna emerged as the winner and defeated the other four finalists Farrhana Bhatt, Pranit More, Tanya Mittal and Amaal Mallik.
