Apple rolls out redesigned blood oxygen feature after legal dispute

Apple Thursday announced For some Apple Watch users, a redesigned blood oxygen feature following an intellectual property dispute that lasts for years of ability.
Apple said that the redesigned feature came to some Apple Watch Series 9, Series 10 and Apple Watch Ultra 2 users on Thursday. The company said it is possible to update recently due to the US Customs Decision.
In 2023, the International Trade Commission found that Apple’s blood oxygen sensors violated intellectual property from Masimo, a medical technology company. Apple paused the sale of some watches and began to sell modified versions of wearable devices without blood oxygen.
“Apple’s teams, industry leader, health, healthy life and science based on the core of users who strengthen the products and services that strengthen users are working without fatigue.” He said.
