Southend Airport plane crash live: Huge fireball seen as aircraft crashes moments after takeoff

After departure at Southend Airport, a small plane fell and sent a fire ball to the sky.
Essex police and Eastern UK Ambulance Service responds to the incident at the airport in the afternoon.
The passenger aircraft is reported to be a beech B200 that leaves the airport for Lelystad in the Netherlands.
Essex police said in a statement, “We were warned for reports of a collision containing a 12 -meter plane.
He said: “We are currently working with all emergency services at the scene and this work will continue for a few hours. Please ask the public to avoid this area as much as possible.”
For Southend West, Worker MP David Burton-Sampson responded to the incident. He wrote on X and said: “I am aware of an event in Southend Airport. Please stay away and let emergency services do their jobs.

London Southend Airport is about 36 miles from the center of London. Easyjet is flying 122 a week for 20 routes among the airlines using the airport.

Four firefighters join the accident
Essex County Fire Department and Rescue is currently at the scene of an accident.
A spokesman said: “Today we were invited to a light plane at Southend Airport at 3.58.
“Southend (two), Rayleight Weir and Basildon (two) crew members joined with the road vehicle from Billericay and Chelmsford.
“We continue to work at the scene with our emergency services and aviation partners.”

Essex police said in a statement: “We are staying at a serious event at Southend Airport.
“We were warned for a collision reports containing a 12 -meter plane shortly after 16:00. Now working with all emergency services at the scene and this work will continue for several hours.
“We want the public to avoid this area as much as possible while this work continues.
“As a precaution due to their proximity to the incident, we release the Rochford Face Golf Club and Westcliff Rugby Club. It will be published as soon as possible.”
