The United States is already the world’s largest defense On the reality of the budget trump card, the social released a statement regarding the increase and said: ‘After long and difficult discussions with Senators, Congressmen, Secretaries and other Political Representatives, I have decided that for the good of our Country, especially in this very troubled and dangerous time, our Military Budget for 2027 should be not 1 Trillion Dollars, but 1.5 Trillion Dollars.’
Donald Trump’s Dream Soldier
President Trump said a higher budget for the US military would allow the US to build what he called the “Dream Soldier” and keep the US safe. ‘This will enable us to build the ‘Dream Soldier’ that has long been our right, and more importantly, will keep us SAFE and SECURE no matter the enemy,’ he wrote on Truth Social.’
Trump attributed the proposed increase to revenue from tariffs imposed on other countries. He said these tariffs bring in a huge amount of money and change what the government can afford.
“If it weren’t for the tremendous numbers created by tariffs from other countries, I would have stayed at the $1 trillion number,” Trump said. He added that many countries had “robbed” the United States before.
Attacking Joe Biden
Trump did not forget to attack former US President Joe Bide in his post. Referring to the “Sleepy Joe Biden Administration,” he said income levels were much lower at the time. He did not provide figures to support the comparison.
Trump also said the larger military budget would not prevent the government from meeting other fiscal goals. He said the United States could strengthen its armed forces and still reduce its debt. He also said the country would have the ability to “pay significant dividends to middle-income patriots in our country.”
‘ he said.I would stay at the $1 Trillion figure, but due to Tariffs and the massive Revenues they bring, amounts that were unthinkable in the past (especially just a year ago, during the Sleepy Joe Biden Administration, the Worst President in Our Country’s History!), we can easily get to the $1.5 Trillion figure, while producing an unparalleled Military Power, and at the same time having the ability to: Pay off your Debt, and likewise pay significant Dividends to middle income Patriots in our Country!’
